Frosty's Caffe is located in Metairie right off Veterans on Cleary towards the lake.
Frosty's serves great Bubble Teas and Vietnamese food.

They use fresh fruit and juices to create amazing Bubble tea creations. You can get their Bubble teas served with our without tapioca pearls.

Dan Bui plans on opening another restaurant in Kenner in the Near future. He already has one on the west bank.

Frosty's Caffe is simply outstanding. It is one of our favorite places to dine in the New Orleans area. They use real fruit to make their Bubble Tea and the noodle dishes are tasty and fresh. I highly recommend Frosty's Caffe.
