Desire Oyster House in New Orleans French Quarter. The Desire, An Oyster Bar, is located on Bourbon Street in the Royal Sonesta Hotel Building. The food and drinks are outstanding. The open atmosphere of Bourbon Street is also a lot of fun for dining conversation.
