Horse Drawn Carriage Rides are up and running in New Orleans again. Katrina cannot keep New Orleans business in the French Quarter down for long. I saw several tourist and locals hoping on a horse drawn carriage to tour the French Quarter.
There were definite signs of money being spent in the French Quarter in New Orleans. I saw many tourist with bags and several locals with big drinks. Some had spent way too much money on drinking. It is the French Quarter after all, what did we expect?
