Crawfish Boil in New Orleans

There is nothing better than hot steaming crawfish piled high on top of your table. I have been craving crawfish in New Orleans ever since Hurricane Katrina came screaming through. The Hurricane has made all of us appreciate the wonderful things our area has to offer. A good crawfish boil has corn, potatoes, and huge chunks of garlic cooked with the crawfish. Spicy!
