This is a driving photo of Harrah's Casino after Hurricane Katrina. The building appears to be in good shape and the property seems really clean. i would think they will try to open Harrah's New Orleans as soon as possible. The beautiful palm trees that line the Casino grounds appear to have survived what Katrina had to offer.
