U.S. Corps of Engineers is currently cleaning up Waveland, MS
The U.S. Corps of Engineers and their respective contractors are beginning the long cleanup process in Waveland, Mississippi. The area has had heavy rains and drainage problems in the past weeks which has slowed down the cleanup and debris removal process in much of Waveland. The ground is so wet that one worker said the equipment would sink about 4 feet if it went off of the concrete. Well for what it is worth. Thanks guys.
