THE WOMAN IN BLACK at the Rivertown Repertory Theatre in Kenner area of New Orleans

THE WOMAN IN BLACK a spine tingling thriller by Stephen Malatratt, based on the novel by Susan Hill opens at the Rivertown Repertory Theatre on Friday, March 31st at 8 P M, and will run through April 9th. The cast is as follows:

Sean Patterson as Arthur Kipps

Gary Rucker as The Actor

Gary Rucker also directs this spine-chilling story about a lawyer who hires an actor to tutor him in recounting to family and friends a story that has long-troubled him concerning events that transpired when he attended the funeral of an elderly recluse. The lawyer has invited some friends to watch as he and the actor recreate the events of that dark and stormy night.

Ticket prices are $22 for adults, $20 for seniors and students and $10 for children. An optional pre-performance buffet served by Messina's is also available at $18.

James Jennings is the technical director/set designer, Daniel Zimmer designs the lighting, Linda Fried is the costumer and Laura Jean Lloffpauir is the production stage manager. Charles Ward designs the sound and also produces. The theatre is located at 325 Minor Street in Kenner s Rivertown district. Call the box office Tuesday through Friday at 468-7221 for tickets and reservations.
