Anybody who has ever eaten at BB's in Waveland, MS knows how great their BBQ is. I had been craving some of their BBQ beans since the Hurricane. I finally got some in early January when they open their Drive through. The restaurant had 8 feet of water and took huge amounts of work to get back up.

Well the best news is that their food is even better than before the Hurricane. The people are friendly and the Snow Balls are scrumptious. BB's is so good it is actually worth a drive from New Orleans to visit. It is located on Highway 90 across from the Kmart at the Intersection of 603.

I suggest their Combination Plate. You will not be disappointed with their BBQ sausage or BBQ ribs. I must mention my wife is hooked on their Chopped Beef Sandwich. She is also crazy for their Fried Pickles, which have been hard to find since the Hurricane.

All in all BB's isn't fancy, but what it lacks in white table cloths it makes up for in good southern BBQ flavor. You won't meet a group of friendly hard working people dedicated to providing good food to help build back Waveland's economy. I will get some pictures on my next trip to Waveland, MS.
