Mardi Gras 2006 February 28th in New Orleans
Mardi Gras 2006 is February 28th, 2006. It remains to be seen how large the Mardi Gras celebration will be after Katrina. Many things are not back to normal yet. I can almost guarantee the French Quarter will party as normal. Not even a Hurricane can stop that.
We hope the city is back on it's feet soon.
